Dear Sir/Madame,The Centre for CSR development in cooperation with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and State Committee for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship is currently carrying out a small survey amongst local enterprises in
The objective of this survey is to identify what companies, in particular small and medium enterprises (SMEs), regard as “CSR”, and to what extent they integrate the concept in their business operations. To get the broadest possible and strategically most relevant view, we recommend that the survey be completed by the Chief Executive Officer or the General Manager of the enterprise.
This survey forms part of an initiative to establish a regional network for corporate social responsibility in Central, South and Eastern Europe, which will aim at sustained and continuous improvement of the environmental and social as well as the economic performance of the industrial sectors in the Region, their competitiveness and export potential.
Since the network will provide support to various kinds of business support and advisory institutions, such as business associations, chambers of commerce, business development service (BDS) providers, vocational institutions, universities or NGOs in building CSR expertise, the outcomes of this survey are expected to help us in better adapting our training and capacity building programs for those institutions to the local contexts and realities of smaller firms.
The results of the survey will be presented at a conference to launch the regional CSR network in September
If you would like to provide us with any additional information not covered by the survey questions, please use the box for comments and feedback at the end of the document www.keysurvey.com/survey/253335/dc86/
This questionnaire is completely anonymous and we will keep your responses strictly confidential. The outcomes of this survey will be presented in aggregate numbers without references to any particular respondent.
Thank you very much in advance for your support.
